Welcome to...
Shipwrecked VBS

Summer Bible Adventure THIS WEEK!
July 16-20
9:00-11:45 am
Our theme this year is SHIPWRECKED. Come join us July 16-20 from 9:00-11:45 am for an island adventure.  The lessons will all revolve around teaching kids that they were created by God who loves them in Jesus! While floating through our VBS, they will discover how Jesus rescues us through life’s storms at a variety of different stations—including music, crafts, snacks, games and more!  It is a week you and your child will not forget!

Children from preschool through grade eight are welcome to attend and are divided into small mixed-aged crews that travel together to each day's adventure - worshiping and singing at Castaway Sing and Play, searching for God Sighting's at the day's Bible discovery, playing Ship Rec games outdoors, watching KidVid Cinema's daily video, making something fun at the Imagination Station, enjoying a snack at Tropical Treats, and concluding with our Sailaway Sendoff!  The preschoolers rotate through their own stations for age-appropriate fun and learning.  We hope you will join us for this amazing Summer Bible Adventure - where your kids will discover God's purpose for his children!

Some activities will be outside; apply sunscreen and bugspray as necessary. Play clothes are best!

Food allergies can NOT be accommodated. Please list all allergies that could potentially cause an issue while your child is at VBS on the registration form. A full list of the week's snacks will be made available. Any child unable to have any part of the snack will need to bring their own on that day. Please make sure to label the container.

Each year at Vacation Bible School, the children participate in a mission project.  Through this activity, they can share their love for God by helping someone in need.  This year, we will be reaching out to local children in need of school supplies. We will be collecting supplies for the Outagamie County Back to School Program. This program has provided needy students in grades K-12 with a backpack and basic supplies for that very important first day of school since 1990. Checks can also be made out to “The Back to School Program” A new backpack can put the biggest smile on a child’s face. Items requested are, backpacks, (new) markers, glue, colored pencils, glue sticks, crayons, folders (primary colors) erasers, rulers, black or blue pens, and #2 pencils.
This year, we are not selling CDs, but instead, our music team has put together a ‘playlist’ of new Shipwrecked songs and old favorites from years past. Songs are on our YouTube channel (https://goo.gl/VLeJxyso children can continue to sing the songs at home long after VBS week!
We hope you will join us on Friday at 11:30am for our closing program. There will be a photo slide show, songs, and treats!

You are also invited to worship with us on Sunday, July 22nd, at 9:45am. The kids will sing some of our songs they have learned!

Registration is CLOSED.  If you would like to be involved, please stop by the church.
